TIG/MAG
Available technology and educated workforce ensure quality welding of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
About the technological process of welding
Welding technology allows us to join two or more, homogeneous or heterogeneous materials, by melting or pressing, with or without additional material in such a way as to obtain a homogeneous welded joint.
Thanks to today’s technology, there are more welding processes that allow us to join materials more efficiently and with better quality.
The most common welding procedures we use are:
- TIG – Tungsten Inert Gas (electric arc welding with inert electrode in inert gas protection) and
- MAG – Metal Inert Gas (fusion wire arc welding in neutral gas protection).
We also have robotic MAG welding.
There are two ways to program robots Online or Offline.
- Online programming of the robot is done in the robot’s workplace, by moving the robot in free space using a “learning pendant” and saving the desired points in space.
- In Offline robot programming, a computer 3D program is used. After that, it is transferred to the robot and corrections are made.
As proof of the ability to make quality welds, we have certificates HRN EN ISO 3834 and HRN EN 1090.
